908 Cold Galvanizing Long-Lasting Anti-Rust Anti-Corrosion Coating

881 Polystyrene Anti-Corrosion Coating

IPN8710 Polymer Interpenetrating Network Coating

PLSQ High-Pressure Water Jetting Rust Removal Dedicated Primer
Water-based primer engineered for high-pressure water jetting surface preparation on tanks, bridges and steel pipelines. Applies directly on wet substrates with strong adhesion and oxygen barrier performance. Surface dry in 30 minutes, 40µm DFT.
PLFM Anti-Mildew Coating

About Specialty Industrial Coatings
Specialty industrial coatings extend corrosion protection beyond conventional epoxy or polyurethane systems, addressing specific performance challenges — cathodic protection equivalent to hot-dip galvanising, long-life atmospheric weathering, chemical immersion resistance measured in decades, and specialist functions such as anti-static, anti-mould, thermal insulation and floor wear resistance.

Heavy-Duty Chemical Immersion
Glass flake and phenolic epoxy coatings provide the anti-permeation barrier required for equipment in continuous contact with acids, alkalis, solvents and chloride-laden media — including FGD towers, acid wash tanks and chemical vessels. PL Y-1/Y-2 glass flake mastic achieves 2 mm DFT with service rated to 140–190°C.
Oil & Gas Tank Lining
Anti-static IPN coatings, solvent-resistant PL T-1 and wet gas holder specialist systems protect the internal and external surfaces of oil storage tanks, gas holders and solvent vessels. IPN 8710 serves continuously from −20°C to +120°C and is used on crude oil pipelines, cooling towers and buried infrastructure.
Long-Life Atmospheric Protection
Fluorocarbon and polysiloxane topcoats provide 20-year weathering guarantees over zinc-rich primers on transmission towers, large bridges and gate structures. The cold spray zinc and 908 two-component primer deliver cathodic protection equivalent to hot-dip galvanising at a fraction of the cost and without heat distortion.
