Single-component cold-applied zinc coating with 96%+ zinc content combining cathodic and barrier protection for bridges, towers, pipelines and containers. Replaces hot-dip galvanizing and thermal spray zinc. Suited for galvanized surface repair and new steel structures.
Overview
Single-component cold spray zinc anti-corrosion primer combining cathodic protection and barrier protection.
Composition
Ultra-fine zinc powder, special olefin resin, trace solvent.
Typical uses
Anti-corrosion for steel components such as towers, bridges, pipelines, storage tanks, containers, ships, vehicle logos, nameplates, and fences.
Used for long-term protection of new steel to replace hot-dip galvanizing, thermal spray zinc, and conventional anti-corrosion systems.
Can be used as a single-layer metal protection coating or as a primer in heavy-duty coating systems.
