Composition
Imported epoxy phenolic resin with curing agent, corrosion-resistant pigments, solvent, additives; supplied as Part A & Part B.

Drying time (25°C): surface dry 1 h; hard dry 24 h; full cure 7 d.

Induction time: 5 min.
Pot life: 3 h.
Application methods: airless spray, brush, roller.
Thinner: dedicated thinner, 3–8%.
Recoat interval: min 24 h; max 7 d.
Recommended DFT per coat: 60–90 µm (brush/roller 40–50 µm).

Surface preparation
Steel: blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.
