Overview
Two-component solvent-resistant antistatic anti-corrosion coating for flammable liquid storage and transfer facilities.

Composition
Special resin and curing agent, antistatic conductive fillers, imported additives; supplied as Part A & Part B.

Typical uses
Internal linings of petroleum product storage tanks and pipelines requiring static dissipation.
Especially for inner-wall corrosion protection of solvent tanks storing methanol, ethanol, crude benzene, toluene, xylene, butyl acetate, cyclohexanone, styrene, etc.

  • Standard: GB/T 50393-2017.

  • Theoretical consumption: 0.15 kg/m² at 60 µm DFT (loss not included).

  • Density: 1.35 kg/L.

  • Drying time (25°C): surface dry 2 h; hard dry 24 h.

Steel: blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.
