2K cold-applied zinc-rich primer offering cathodic protection equivalent to thermal spray zinc for steel structures. Weld and cut tolerant with universal organic and inorganic topcoat compatibility. 25–30µm DFT, surface dry in 5 minutes.
Overview
Single-component cold galvanizing zinc-rich anti-rust anti-corrosion coating for steel structures, used as a primer where thermal spray zinc is not convenient.
Composition
Polyolefin resin, ultra-fine zinc powder, light-colored composite anti-rust pigments, additives, solvent.
Typical uses
Anti-corrosion primer for steel structures, especially where thermal spray zinc is not practical.

Steel: blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.
