2K IPN interpenetrating network anti-corrosive coating with abrasion resistance, seawater resistance and a service range of -20–120°C for tanks, pipelines and steel structures. Suited for cooling tower interiors and buried pipelines. 35µm DFT per coat.
Overview
Two-component polymer interpenetrating network (IPN) coating system (primer/topcoat) for long-term anti-corrosion protection on steel and concrete.
Composition
Aliphatic polyurethane prepolymer and polyethylene, pigments, additives, solvent; supplied as two components for both primer and topcoat.
Typical uses
Long-term anti-corrosion decorative coating for internal/external walls of equipment and facilities in petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, transportation, food industries, gas holders, pipelines, and tanks.
Also used for internal/external anti-corrosion of buried pipelines and cooling tower internal walls.
