Composition
Imported polysiloxane resin, imported curing agent, weather-resistant pigments, additives; supplied as Part A & Part B.
Typical uses
For equipment and facilities in petrochemical, power, metallurgy, transportation, food industries, gas holders, pipelines, and storage tanks.

Theoretical consumption: 0.16 kg/m² at 50 µm DFT (loss not included).
Density: 1.2 kg/L.
Drying time (25°C): surface dry 1 h; hard dry 24 h; full cure 7 d.

Mixing ratio (A:B): 24:3.
Induction time: 5 min.
Pot life: 4 h.
Application methods: airless spray, brush, roller.
Thinner: dedicated thinner, 3–9%.
Recoat interval: min 24 h; max 7 d.
Recommended DFT per coat: 30–50 µm (brush/roller 30–40 µm).
Compatible undercoats: epoxy zinc-rich primer, epoxy MIO intermediate coating, fluorocarbon topcoat, etc.
Surface preparation
Steel: blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.
System compatibility / packing / storage
Packing: Part A 24 kg; Part B 3 kg.
Storage: dry, cool, ventilated; away from fire; avoid strong sunlight; no outdoor storage.
Shelf life: 12 months.
