Composition
Epoxy furan resin, pigments, solvent, additives; modified amine hardener; supplied as Part A & Part B.
Typical uses
Long-term heavy-duty protection for steel structures and concrete facilities in underwater or humid environments and heavy chemical areas.
Can also be used as an intermediate coating.

Drying time (25°C): surface dry 2 h; hard dry 24 h; full cure 7 d.

Mixing ratio (A:B): 20:4.
Induction time: 5 min.
Pot life: 4 h.
Application methods: airless spray, brush, roller.
Thinner: dedicated thinner, 3–8% (more for air spray/roller).
Recoat interval: min 12 h; max 7 d.
Recommended DFT per coat: 60–80 µm (brush 40–50 µm).

Steel: blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.
