Waterborne Coating Products
23 water-based industrial coating products organised into five functional groups — from corrosion-inhibiting primers and barrier intermediate coats to decorative topcoats, ultra-durable fluorocarbon finishes and high-temperature baking enamels.
The Huili Coating Waterborne Coatings Series is a complete portfolio of water-based industrial protective and decorative coatings covering every layer of a corrosion protection system — from water-based epoxy zinc-rich primer and rust converter through micaceous iron oxide intermediate coats to acrylic, polyurethane and fluorocarbon topcoats. All 23 products use water as the sole diluent, delivering low VOC, non-flammable handling and compliance with increasingly stringent environmental regulations in industrial coating operations. The series serves a broad range of end markets including structural steel corrosion protection, petrochemical storage tank lining, building facade coating, industrial equipment finishing and electrically sensitive components requiring antistatic or insulating properties. Products are formulated for application by spray, brush or roller at substrate temperatures from 5 °C, with pot lives of 3–5 hours for two-component grades and unlimited working time for single-component waterborne systems.

PLSX-02 Waterborne Rust Conversion Primer

PLSX-01 Waterborne Rust-Tolerant Anti-Rust Primer
