2K water-based fluorocarbon topcoat with outstanding UV resistance and long-term color and gloss retention for bridges, transmission towers and chemical equipment. Low-VOC, non-flammable crosslinked formulation. Sa2.5 prep, 50µm DFT per coat.
Overview
Waterborne fluorocarbon protective coating for steel structures and equipment requiring high weatherability and corrosion resistance.
Film focuses on long-term gloss/color retention and hardness for exposed metal such as towers, bridges, and large gates.
Composition
Waterborne fluorocarbon resin and curing agent as main film-formers with weather-resistant pigments and special additives; two-component waterborne system using water as thinner.
Typical uses
Protective and weather-resistant coating for metal structures, large gates, transmission towers, TV towers, large bridges, and chemical equipment where extended service life and maintenance cycles are required.
