2K water-based polyurethane topcoat with long-term color and gloss retention for light to medium corrosive environments. Pairs with water-based epoxy primers for a complete system. Sa2.5 prep, 40µm DFT per coat.
Overview
Waterborne polyurethane topcoat for steel surfaces in light to medium corrosive environments where color/gloss retention and cleanability are important.
Film emphasizes weatherability and durability on steel structures over waterborne epoxy systems, with balanced hardness and flexibility.
Composition
Waterborne polyurethane resin with pigments, special additives, and curing agent; supplied as Part A & Part B; water as thinner.
Typical uses
Durable topcoat paired with waterborne epoxy coatings, providing decorative and protective finishing in light to medium corrosive environments.
