Water-based thermal reflective insulating coating with hollow microsphere reinforcement for metal tanks, refrigerated facilities and concrete buildings. Reduces surface temperature with measurable interior-exterior temperature differential. Sa2.5 prep, 200µm+ total DFT system.
Overview
Waterborne thermal insulation coating for steel and concrete surfaces requiring heat reflection and temperature reduction.
Film is designed for thermal insulation and reflective performance with supporting corrosion resistance and weatherability on tanks, buildings, and cold storage.
Composition
Waterborne resin and curing agent with thermal-insulation pigments, fibers, ceramic microspheres, aerogel, additives, and functional fillers; water as thinner.
Typical uses
Thermal insulation and anti-corrosion protection for external surfaces of facilities and equipment such as metal tanks, cold storage installations, concrete buildings, and wood components.
