Single-pack waterborne acrylic amino baking coating for decorative and protective finishes on metal components.
Composition
Acrylic resin dispersion and curing agent with pigments and special additives; water as thinner.
Typical uses
Protective and decorative coating for parts of bicycles, electric bicycles, household appliances, and other metal components of instruments and equipment.

Appearance: various colors.
Theoretical consumption: 0.1 kg/m² at 25 µm DFT (loss not included).
Drying schedule: 130℃ for 30 min.
Application data (25°C)
Application methods: spray, brush.
Flash-off before baking: 10–15 min in clean environment.
Thinner: clean water, 10–50%.
Surface preparation
Workpiece surface clean and free from dust and oil; pre-treatment as required.
System compatibility / packing / storage
Construction conditions: ambient 5–35℃; do not apply when RH >85%.
Storage: cool, ventilated; 5–35℃; avoid sunlight, severe cold, and rain; 6-month shelf life.
