Overview
Waterborne amino baking coating for cost-effective protective and decorative finishing of small and medium metal components.
Combines high film hardness and impact resistance with good flexibility for parts subject to handling and minor deformation.

Composition
Waterborne resin and amino curing system with pigments/fillers and special additives; single-component system using water as thinner.

Typical uses
Applied to frames and parts of bicycles and electric bicycles, household appliance housings, and various instrument and equipment metal components.
Suitable where baked finishes with scratch resistance and uniform appearance are required in OEM or repair lines.

Technical data (typical)

  • Appearance: various colors.

  • Theoretical consumption: 0.1 kg/m² at 25 µm DFT (loss not included).

  • Drying schedule: 120–130℃ for 30 min after flash-off.

Application data (25°C)

  • Application methods: spray or brush.

  • Flash-off before baking: 10–15 min in a clean, dust-free environment.

  • Thinner: clean water, 20–50%, adjusted according to application viscosity.

  • Recommended DFT per coat: about 25 µm.

Surface preparation
Metal surfaces must be clean, free from dust, oil, and other contaminants; surface conditioning or conversion treatment may be applied according to line requirements to enhance adhesion and corrosion resistance.

System compatibility / packing / storage

  • Can be used directly on suitably treated metal or over compatible primers, provided the substrate is dry and free of contaminants.

  • Storage: cool, ventilated area at 5–35℃; avoid direct sunlight, severe cold, and rain; keep containers tightly closed.

  • Shelf life: 6 months (unopened under specified conditions).
