Waterborne acrylic anti-corrosion topcoat for interior and exterior steel components with low VOC.
Composition
Acrylic resin dispersion with pigments, additives, and functional fillers; water as thinner.
Typical uses
Anti-rust and decorative coating for automotive chassis, locomotives, steel structures, guardrails, pipelines, and similar indoor/outdoor facilities and equipment.

Appearance: various colors.
Density: 1.3 kg/L.
Theoretical consumption: 0.14 kg/m² at 50 µm DFT (loss not included).
Drying time (25℃): surface dry 1 h; hard dry 24 h; full dry 7 d.
Application data (25°C)
Application methods: spray, brush, roller.
Thinner: clean water, 10–25%.
Recoat interval: min 24 h.
Surface preparation
When applied over primer: surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of contamination; roughen if maximum recoat interval is exceeded.
When used as first primer: blast steel to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3 with 30–75 µm profile.
System compatibility / packing / storage
Construction conditions: ambient 5–35℃; RH ≤85%; not suitable in rain, snow, strong wind, heavy fog, or intense sun.
Storage: dry, cool, ventilated; 5–35℃; avoid strong sunlight; no outdoor storage.
Shelf life: 6 months.

Used with PLH53-35 epoxy zinc primer as a supporting intermediate coat.
Salt water resistance: 20 days (as stated).
Mixing ratio 8:1 (by weight); recommended DFT 60–90 µm per coat.
Epoxy Iron Oxide Red Anti-Rust Primer (2K) – Two-component epoxy anti-rust primer for steel structures.
For general steel structure corrosion protection; can be used for concrete with an epoxy sealer primer.
Mix ratio 24:3; pot life 4 h (25°C).
Recoat 24 h–7 d (25°C); overcoatable with epoxy and polyurethane systems.
