Overview
Single-pack chlorinated rubber topcoat with a tough, glossy film.
Provides weathering resistance, water resistance, seawater resistance, and chemical resistance.
Composition
Formulated with chlorinated rubber resin, quality pigments, plasticizer, thixotropic agent, solvents, and additives.
Typical uses
Topcoat for ships, containers, port machinery, mine equipment, gas holders, steel structure bridges, and concrete facilities.

Appearance: Various colors.
Theoretical consumption: 0.16 kg/m² at 40 μm DFT (excluding loss).
Density: 1.2 kg/L.
Drying time (25°C): Surface dry 1 h; hard dry 12 h.

Mixing: Single-pack.
Induction time: None.
Pot life: Unlimited.
Application methods: Airless spray, brush, roller.
Thinner: X-15 chlorinated rubber thinner; dilution 3–7%.
Recoat interval (25°C): Min 12 h; max unlimited.
Recommended coats / DFT: 1 coat 40–60 μm; brush/roller 1 coat 30–45 μm.
Surface preparation
Remove dust, oil, and debris from the previous coat; if beyond maximum recoat interval, consider roughening as needed.
When used as the first coat: blast/shot blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool cleaning to St 3; surface profile 30–75 μm.
System compatibility / packing / storage
Compatibility: Previous coat—epoxy primer; epoxy intermediate coating; chlorinated rubber anti-rust coating.
Packing: 25 kg.
Storage: Shelf life 12 months; store dry/cool/ventilated, away from fire and direct sunlight; no outdoor stacking.

Epoxy Zinc-Rich Primer (2K) – Two-component epoxy zinc-rich primer for steel anti-corrosion systems.
For shipbuilding/repair, bridges, towers, gas holders, oil tanks, and steel structures.
Water and oil resistance with excellent adhesion.
Theoretical consumption 0.21 kg/m² at approx. 50 µm DFT (losses not included).
