Two-component solvent-free conductive anti-static epoxy coating for internal linings of fuel tanks and compartments.
Composition
Low-viscosity epoxy resin, imported modified curing agent, conductive pigments, and additives; supplied as Part A & Part B.
Typical uses
Internal lining anti-corrosion for compartments and oil storage tanks handling gasoline, diesel, kerosene, and engine oil.

Appearance: grey or light grey.
Theoretical consumption: 0.14 kg/m² at 100 µm DFT (loss not included).
Density: 1.4 kg/L.
Drying time (25°C): surface dry 1 h; hard dry 24 h; full cure 7 d.

Mixing ratio (A:B): 20:5.
Induction time: 5 min.
Pot life: 50 min.
Application methods: airless spray, brush, roller.
Thinner: use none/minimal; if air pressure is insufficient, X-7 epoxy thinner may be used.
Recoat interval: min 12 h; max 7 d.
Recommended DFT per coat: 90–120 µm (brush 40–50 µm).

Surface preparation
Steel: blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.

Packing: Part A 20 kg; Part B 5 kg.
Storage: dry, cool, ventilated; away from fire; avoid strong sunlight; no outdoor storage.
Shelf life: 12 months.
