PLH52-2 Epoxy High-Build Topcoat is a two-component epoxy high-build topcoat with high corrosion resistance and high solids, designed for thicker film build per coat. This coating is intended for heavy-duty corrosion protection on steel structures and concrete surfaces.
It is composed of epoxy resin, weather-resistant pigments, additives, solvents, and a polyamine compound curing agent, and is supplied as Part A and Part B. The product is described as having good chemical stability and resistance to oil, water, and solvents, plus electrical insulation properties.

Over a two-component primer, the surface must be clean, dry, and free of contaminants; abrade if maximum recoat interval is exceeded. As first coat on steel, blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.
