Overview
Two-component epoxy sealer primer formulated for penetration and sealing on cement concrete substrates and wood, with good adhesion and sealing performance.
It is specified as a dedicated compatible sealer primer for substrates such as cement mortar, concrete, and fiber cement boards.
Composition
Epoxy resin, solvent, additives, and imported curing agent; supplied as Part A and Part B.
Typical uses
For cement mortar, concrete, and fiber cement boards as a compatible sealer primer for subsequent coatings.
It is also stated to be suitable for porous substrates and for steel structure anti-corrosion/anti-rust as well as concrete corrosion protection.

Application methods: Airless spray, brush.
Thinner / Cleaner: X-7 epoxy thinner; typical dilution 2–8% (air spray/roller may require more).
Recoat interval / overcoating interval (25°C): Minimum 24 h; maximum 7 days.
Recommended DFT: 40–75 µm per coat (brush/roller: 30–40 µm per coat).
Surface preparation
Concrete substrate must be clean, dry, free of oil/grease, and free of acid/alkali; moisture content < 6%; with suitable roughness and strength.

Compatible primers: epoxy primer, vinyl primer, polyurethane primer, etc.
Shelf life: 12 months.
Storage: Store in a dry, cool, ventilated warehouse away from fire sources and direct sunlight; outdoor storage is not permitted.
