PLS86-4 Premium polyurethane marking coating Descriotion

Overview
Two-component premium polyurethane marking coating for marking and protection on steel structures and concrete chimneys.
High-gloss film with good resistance to water, weathering, freeze-thaw, heat, and low temperature.

Composition
Formulated with modified polyurethane resin, premium weather-resistant pigments, additives, and solvents.
Cured with trimer hardener; supplied in Part A & Part B packs.

Typical uses
Marking and protection for steel structures and concrete chimneys.

Technical data (typical)

  • Appearance: White; bright red.

  • Theoretical consumption: 0.16 kg/m² at 50 μm DFT (excluding loss).

  • Density: 1.2 kg/L.

  • Drying time (25°C): Surface dry 1 h; hard dry 24 h; fully hardened 7 d.

  • Gloss: High gloss.

Application data (25°C)

  • Mixing ratio (Part A:Part B): 18:3.

  • Induction time: 5 min.

  • Pot life: 4 h.

  • Application methods: Airless spray, brush, roller.

  • Thinner: X-10 polyurethane thinner; dilution 3–7%.
