High-Grade Epoxy Enamel (2K) – Epoxy enamel for decorative heavy-duty corrosion protection.
For steel structures and concrete surfaces.
Mix ratio 20:4; pot life 4 h.
Recoat 12 h–7 d; X-7 thinner 2–8%.
PLH52-1 High-Grade Epoxy Enamel is a two-component epoxy enamel formulated for heavy-duty corrosion protection where a higher decorative finish is required on steel and concrete. This coating is intended for steel structures and concrete surfaces in coating systems that require both protective performance and a more decorative appearance.
It is composed of special epoxy resin, premium pigments, additives, solvents, and an imported curing agent, and is supplied as Part A and Part B. The cured film is described as porcelain-like glossy, tough and wear-resistant, with good scratch resistance and strong mechanical properties, plus chemical stability and resistance to moisture, oil, and staining.
