2K high-solids epoxy aluminum topcoat with heat resistance and chemical stability for buried and above-ground steel structures. Suited for demanding industrial corrosion protection. Single coat achieves 150–200µm DFT.
PLH52-4 Epoxy High-Build Aluminium Pigmented Topcoat is a two-component epoxy high-build aluminium pigmented topcoat containing aluminium paste to improve film mechanical performance and anti-permeation properties. This topcoat is used in heavy-duty anti-corrosion systems on steel structures, tanks, and pipelines for buried and indoor/outdoor service.
It is composed of epoxy resin, anti-rust pigments, dispersant, anti-settling agent, solvent, and aluminium paste, with a polyamine adduct curing agent, and is supplied as Part A and Part B. The product is described as a high-solids coating with higher corrosion resistance, chemical stability, heat resistance, oil resistance, and aging resistance.
Contains aluminium paste to improve film mechanical performance.
Contains aluminium paste to improve anti-permeation properties.
High-solids coating for thick film build per coat.
Thick film build per coat can reduce the number of coats.
Suitable for steel structures, tanks, and pipelines.
