Overview
Single-component perchloroethylene enamel with good gloss and flexibility.
Full-bodied film with corrosion resistance, weather resistance, water resistance, and oil resistance; suitable for low-temperature application.
Composition
Formulated with perchloroethylene resin, modified resin, quality pigments, extenders, plasticizer, and mixed solvents.

Protective and decorative finishing for various mechanical equipment and metal parts.

Appearance: Various colors (gloss); also available in satin or matt.
Theoretical consumption: 0.16 kg/m² at 40 μm DFT (excluding loss).
Density: 1.2 kg/L.
Drying time (25°C): Surface dry 1 h; hard dry 24 h.

Mixing: Single-component.
Induction time: None.
Pot life: Unlimited.
Application methods: Airless spray, brush, roller.
Thinner: X-1 thinner; dilution 3–7%.
