Overview
Two-component moisture-curing epoxy bitumen coating for protection in humid environments.​

Composition
Special epoxy resin, coal tar pitch, anti-rust pigments, water-increasing additive, accelerator, emulsifier, solvent; moisture-resistant curing agent; supplied as Part A & Part B.​

Typical uses
For humid service areas such as mines, wastewater treatment, ports, and docks.​
Suitable for aboveground/underground and overwater/underwater environments.​

Technical data (typical)

• Appearance: primer brown-black; topcoat black.​

• Theoretical consumption: 0.17 kg/m² at 60 µm DFT (loss not included).​

• Density: 1.35 kg/L.​

• Drying time (25°C): surface dry 1 h; hard dry 24 h; full cure 7 d.​

Application data (25°C)

• Mixing ratio (A:B): 24:3.​

• Induction time: 5 min.​

• Pot life: 4 h.​

• Application methods: spray, brush, roller.​

• Thinner: X-7 epoxy thinner, 2–8%.​

• Recoat interval: min 24 h; max 7 d.​

• Recommended DFT per coat: 40–70 µm (brush/roller 30–40 µm).​

Surface preparation
Blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.​

System compatibility / packing / storage

• System compatibility: moisture-curing epoxy bitumen primer + moisture-curing epoxy bitumen topcoat.​

• Packing: Part A 24 kg; Part B 3 kg.​

• Storage: store in a dry, cool, ventilated place; keep away from fire; avoid strong sunlight; no outdoor storage.​

• Shelf life: 12 months.
