High-Grade Epoxy Enamel (2K) – Epoxy enamel for decorative heavy-duty corrosion protection.
For steel structures and concrete surfaces.
Mix ratio 20:4; pot life 4 h.
Recoat 12 h–7 d; X-7 thinner 2–8%.
Overview
Two-component epoxy enamel formulated for heavy-duty corrosion protection where a higher decorative finish is required on steel and concrete.
The cured film is described as porcelain-like glossy, tough and wear-resistant, with good scratch resistance and strong mechanical properties, plus chemical stability and resistance to moisture/oil/staining.
Composition
Special epoxy resin, premium pigments, additives, solvents, and imported curing agent; supplied as Part A & Part B.
Typical uses
Heavy-duty corrosion protection for steel structures and concrete surfaces requiring a higher decorative finish.
