Cyanate waterproof and anti-corrosion coating supplied as primer and topcoat.
Composition
Cyanate prepolymer, modified resin, adhesion promoter, pigments, solvent, moisture-proofing agent, vulcanization accelerator.
Typical uses
Anti-corrosion protection for steel and concrete surfaces.
Can be used as a waterproof flooring coating and for cooling tower internal wall protection.

Appearance: primer iron red or grey; topcoat various colors.
Theoretical consumption: primer 0.17 kg/m² at 50 µm DFT (loss not included).
Theoretical consumption: topcoat 0.13 kg/m² at approx. 40 µm DFT (loss not included).
Density: primer 1.4 kg/L; topcoat 1.2 kg/L.
Drying time (25°C): surface dry 1 h; hard dry 24 h; full cure 7 d.

Steel: blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.
Concrete: sound and dry; moisture content ≤6%; clean and free of oil/dirt; repair defects before coating.

System compatibility: PN-3 cyanate waterproof and anti-corrosion primer + topcoat.
Packing: primer Part A 22 kg, Part B 2 kg; topcoat Part A 22 kg, Part B 3 kg.
Storage: dry, cool, ventilated; away from fire; avoid strong sunlight; no outdoor storage.
Shelf life: 12 months.
