Overview
Single-component cold galvanizing zinc-rich anti-rust anti-corrosion coating for steel structures, used as a primer where thermal spray zinc is not convenient.
Composition
Polyolefin resin, ultra-fine zinc powder, light-colored composite anti-rust pigments, additives, solvent.
Typical uses
Anti-corrosion primer for steel structures, especially where thermal spray zinc is not practical.

Application methods: airless spray, brush.
Thinner: dedicated thinner, 3–9%.

Recommended DFT per coat: 60–80 µm (brush 40–50 µm).
Compatible topcoats: epoxy micaceous iron oxide intermediate coating, polyurethane topcoat, acrylic topcoat, etc.
Surface preparation
Steel: blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.
System compatibility / packing / storage
System compatibility: epoxy MIO intermediate coating, polyurethane topcoat, acrylic topcoat.
Packing: 30 kg.
Storage: dry, cool, ventilated; away from fire; avoid strong sunlight; no outdoor storage.
Shelf life: 6 months.
