Single-pack chlorinated rubber modified acrylic anti-rust primer with good wetting and adhesion on metal substrates.
Provides anti-rust performance and good mechanical properties.
Composition
Formulated with chlorinated rubber modified acrylic resin, special pigments, anti-rust pigments, solvents, and additives.
Typical uses
For steel surfaces requiring high-performance anti-corrosion, including underwater engineering, dry gas holders, underground pipelines, and industrial plant equipment.
Used as an anti-rust primer for steel structures.

Appearance: Red iron oxide; orange-red.
Theoretical consumption: 0.12 kg/m² at 35 μm DFT (excluding loss).
Density: 1.4 kg/L.
Drying time (25°C): Surface dry 1 h; hard dry 12 h.

Induction time: None.
Pot life: Unlimited.
Application methods: Airless spray, brush, roller.
Thinner: Dedicated thinner; dilution 3–7%.
Recoat interval (25°C): Min 12 h; max unlimited.
Recommended coats / DFT: 1 coat 40–60 μm; brush/roller 1 coat 30–40 μm.
Surface preparation
Steel: blast/shot blast to Sa 2.5, or power-tool cleaning to St 3.
Surface profile: 30–75 μm.

Compatibility: Topcoats—chlorinated rubber acrylic topcoat; acrylic topcoat.
Packing: 25 kg.
Storage: Shelf life 12 months; store dry/cool/ventilated, away from fire and direct sunlight; no outdoor stacking.

Epoxy Zinc Primer (2K, C6-Modified) – Two-component epoxy zinc primer (C6-modified) for cathodic-protection priming.
Salt spray resistance 1300 h (as stated).
Theoretical consumption 0.25 kg/m² at 50 µm DFT (losses not included).
