Single-component chlorosulfonated polyethylene coating system covering primer, midcoat and finish for gas holder exterior protection. Resistant to hydrogen sulfide, chemical gas corrosion and wet-dry cycling. Sa2.5 prep, 150µm+ total DFT.
Overview
Single-component chlorosulfonated polyethylene gas holder dedicated coating for external wall protection.
Provides resistance to water, hydrogen sulfide, and chemical gas corrosion; fast drying and suitable for low-temperature application.
Composition
Formulated with chlorosulfonated polyethylene resin, modified resin, quality pigments, mixed solvents, and multiple additives.
Typical uses
Protection of gas holder outer walls; also suitable for anti-corrosion of other steel structures.
