Overview
Two-component high-solids polyurethane anti-corrosion topcoat with low VOC (305 g/L).
Suitable for high-build application; artificial weathering resistance: 1500 h.
Composition
Based on acrylic polyol resin, polyurethane reactive diluent, and chain extender as main film-formers, with pigments and additives.
Cured with polyisocyanate adduct; supplied in Part A & Part B packs.

Long-term protection and finishing for equipment/facility steel structures in various environments, such as petrochemical, power, wind power, cast pipe, bridges, and port facilities.

Theoretical consumption: 0.108 L/m²; 0.14 kg/m² at 70 μm DFT (excluding loss).
Density: 1.3 kg/L.
Solids: 80% (by weight); 65% (by volume).
Drying time (25°C): Surface dry 2 h; hard dry 24 h; fully cured 7 d.

Mixing ratio (Part A:Part B): 7:1.
Induction time: 5 min.
Pot life: 3 h.
Application methods: Airless spray, brush, roller.
Thinner: X-7 polyurethane thinner; dilution 3–7%.
Recoat interval (25°C): Min 24 h; max 7 d.
Recommended coats / DFT: 1 coat 30–70 μm; brush/roller 1 coat 30–45 μm.
Surface preparation
Remove dust and oil contamination from the previous coat; if beyond maximum recoat interval, roughen the surface.
When used as the first coat: blast/shot blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool cleaning to St 3; surface profile 30–75 μm.
System compatibility / packing / storage
Compatibility: Previous coat—polyurethane intermediate coating; epoxy primer; epoxy intermediate coating.
Packing: Part A 21 kg; Part B 3 kg.
Storage: Shelf life 12 months; store dry/cool/ventilated, away from fire and direct sunlight; no outdoor stacking.

For ships, containers, bridges, steel gates, gas holders, port machinery, and steel structures; used over zinc-rich primer or sprayed zinc.
Mix ratio 27:3; pot life 4 h (25°C).
Recoat 12 h–7 d (25°C); overcoatable with epoxy and polyurethane systems.
Epoxy Zinc Primer (2K, C6-Modified) – Two-component epoxy zinc primer (C6-modified) for cathodic-protection priming.
Salt spray resistance 1300 h (as stated).
Theoretical consumption 0.25 kg/m² at 50 µm DFT (losses not included).
