Two-component heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating based on epoxy and polyurethane chemistry.
Composition
Polyurethane prepolymer, epoxy resin, special additives, pigments, solvent, and auxiliaries.
Typical uses
Steel structures, gas pipelines, chemical facilities and pipelines, oil tanks and vessels, bridges and wharves, gas holders, motors/electrical equipment, aluminium alloy, and cement substrates for corrosion protection.

Appearance: various colors.
Theoretical consumption: 0.16 kg/m² at 50 µm DFT (loss not included).
Density: 1.35.
Drying time (25°C): surface dry 1 h; hard dry 24 h; full cure 7 d.
Medium resistance: 60 d no blistering, no peeling, no rusting (5% acid/alkali/salt).

Mixing ratio (A:B): 24:3.
Induction time: 5 min.
Pot life: 2 h.
Application methods: airless spray, brush, roller.
Thinner: dedicated thinner, 2–8%.
Recoat interval: min 12 h; max 7 d.
