Two-component modified epoxy weather-resistant topcoat with color and gloss retention.
Composition
Modified epoxy resin, imported weather-resistant pigments, imported additives, mixed solvent, imported modified curing agent.
Typical uses
Port equipment, sluice gates, gas holders, pipelines, drilling platforms, and ships in corrosive environments.

Theoretical consumption: 0.14 kg/m² at 50 µm DFT (loss not included).
Density: 1.53 kg/L.
Drying time (25°C): surface dry 2 h; hard dry 24 h; full cure 7 d.

Induction time: 5 min.
Pot life: 4 h.
Application methods: airless spray, brush, roller.
Thinner: X-7 epoxy thinner, 3–8%.

Blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.
