Overview
Epoxy heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating supplied as primer / intermediate coating / topcoat.
Composition
Special multifunctional epoxy resin, corrosion-resistant pigments, solvent, additives; cured with a special curing agent.
Typical uses
Internal lining protection for storage tanks and vessels for crude oil, heavy oil, refined oil products, and aromatic solvents.
Steel structures in chemical, electroplating, pickling, electrolysis workshops, chemical ponds, and sewage tanks.
Technical data (typical)
Appearance: primer iron red or grey; intermediate grey or white; topcoat various colors.
Theoretical consumption: 0.17 kg/m² at 60 µm DFT (loss not included).
Density: 1.4 kg/L.
Drying time (25°C): surface dry 1 h; hard dry 24 h; full cure 7 d.

Mixing ratio (A:B): 20:3.5.
Induction time: 5 min.
Pot life: 2 h.
Application methods: airless spray, brush, roller.
Thinner: X-7 epoxy thinner, 2–8% (more for air spray/roller).
Recoat interval: min 24 h; max 7 d.
Recommended DFT per coat: 50–90 µm (brush/roller 40–50 µm).

Blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.
System compatibility / packing / storage
System compatibility: epoxy heavy-duty primer + epoxy heavy-duty intermediate + epoxy heavy-duty topcoat.
Packing: Part A 20 kg; Part B 3.5 kg.
Storage: dry, cool, ventilated; away from fire; avoid strong sunlight; no outdoor storage.
