Two-component fluorocarbon coating for anti-corrosion protection and surface finishing of metal structures.
Composition
Fluorocarbon resin, premium pigments, solvent, imported additives; biuret used as curing agent; supplied as Part A & Part B.
Typical uses
Anti-corrosion protection for metal components, large gates, transmission towers, TV towers, large bridges, and chemical equipment.
Also suitable for surface protection/decoration of high-grade buildings.

Theoretical consumption: 0.16 kg/m² at 50 µm DFT (loss not included).

Drying time (25°C): surface dry 1 h; hard dry 24 h; full cure 7 d.

Induction time: 5 min.
Pot life: 4 h.
Application methods: airless spray, brush, roller.
Thinner: dedicated thinner, 3–8%.
Recoat interval: min 12 h; max 7 d.
Recommended DFT per coat: 30–50 µm (brush/roller 30–40 µm).
Compatible undercoats: epoxy zinc-rich primer, inorganic zinc-rich primer, epoxy MIO intermediate coating, etc.
Surface preparation
Steel: blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.
System compatibility / packing / storage
Packing: Part A 20 kg; Part B 2.5 kg.
Storage: dry, cool, ventilated; away from fire; avoid strong sunlight; no outdoor storage.
Shelf life: 8 months.

Mix ratio 7:1; theoretical consumption 0.12 kg/m² at 50 µm DFT.
Epoxy rust-tolerant anti-rust primer (2K) for steel surfaces with slight rust.
Applicable on St1/St2 prepared steel; surface profile 15–35 µm (as stated).
Stabilizes rust by complexation with the substrate before hardening (as described).
