Single-component fluorinated PVC anti-corrosion coating system for chemical atmospheres and alternating dry/wet exposure.
Composition
Modified polyolefin resin with fluorinated modifier, pigments, solvent, additives; single-pack coating series.
Typical uses
Surface protection and decoration for buildings and chemical equipment exposed long-term to acid/alkali/salt chemical gases or alternating dry/wet conditions.
Applicable to steel and concrete structures.
Technical data (typical)
Appearance: primer iron red (shade may vary); intermediate micaceous iron oxide red (grey); topcoat various colors.
Density: 1.2–1.4 kg/L.
Theoretical consumption: 0.15 kg/m² at 40 µm DFT (loss not included).
Drying time (25°C): surface dry 0.5 h; hard dry 24 h; full cure 7 d.
Application data (25°C)
Mixing: single-component (aluminium-pigmented series: A:B = 5:1).
Induction time: none.
Pot life: unlimited.
Application methods: airless spray, brush, roller.
Thinner: dedicated thinner, 3–8%.
Recoat interval: 12 h; max unlimited.
Recommended DFT per coat: 35–60 µm (brush/roller 30–45 µm).
System: GCF primer + intermediate + topcoat.
Surface preparation
Steel: blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.
System compatibility / packing / storage
System compatibility: GCF fluorinated PVC primer + intermediate + topcoat.
Packing: 20 kg.
Storage: dry, cool, ventilated; away from fire; avoid strong sunlight; no outdoor storage.
Shelf life: 12 months.

Mix ratio 25:2.5; pot life 4 h (25°C).
Recoat 24 h–7 d (25°C); recommended DFT 60–80 µm per coat.
Epoxy rust-tolerant anti-rust primer (2K) for steel surfaces with slight rust.
Applicable on St1/St2 prepared steel; surface profile 15–35 µm (as stated).
Stabilizes rust by complexation with the substrate before hardening (as described).
Compatible with epoxy MIO intermediate and epoxy/PU topcoat systems.
