Two-component acid-resistant coating system supplied as primer, intermediate coating, and topcoat for severe corrosive environments.
Composition
Epoxy-containing hydroxyl resin, corrosion-resistant pigments and fillers, solvent, additives; polyisocyanate adduct as curing agent; supplied as two components for primer/intermediate/topcoat.
Typical uses
Protective and decorative coating for equipment and facilities in harsh corrosive conditions, including pickling plants, hot-dip galvanizing, electroplating plants, and petrochemical enterprises.

Steel: blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.

Zinc phosphate anti-rust pigment system with stated water and salt water resistance.
Mix ratio 7:1; theoretical consumption 0.12 kg/m² at 50 µm DFT.
