Overview
Multi-layer coating system for heat reflection and thermal insulation with anti-corrosion and weathering resistance.

Composition
Synthetic polymer resin, thermal insulation materials, glass microspheres, glass fiber, pigments, fillers, additives, curing agent.

Typical uses
Cooling and anti-corrosion protection for metal storage tanks, LPG tanks, oil tank trucks, tank equipment exteriors, oil tanks, chemical raw material tanks, and refrigerated trucks.
Thermal insulation/cooling for exterior surfaces of buildings (e.g., residences, plants, cold storage, modern farms, kiosks) and for wood components.

Technical data (typical)

  • Appearance: topcoat mainly white/light colors; film smooth and glossy.

  • Theoretical consumption: primer 0.16 kg/m² at 50 µm DFT (loss not included).

  • Theoretical consumption: intermediate 0.13 kg/m² at 50 µm DFT (loss not included).

  • Theoretical consumption: topcoat 0.17 kg/m² at 50 µm DFT (loss not included).

  • Density: primer 1.4 kg/L; intermediate 1.30 kg/L; topcoat 1.2 kg/L.

  • Drying time (25°C): surface dry 1 h; hard dry 24 h; full cure 7 d.

Application data (25°C)

  • Mixing ratio (A:B): primer 24:3; intermediate 27:3; topcoat 18:3.

  • Induction time: 5 min.

  • Pot life: 3 h.

  • Application methods: airless spray, brush, roller.

  • Thinner: dedicated thinner, 3–8%.

  • Recoat interval: min 24 h; max 7 d.

  • Recommended DFT per coat: primer/intermediate 60–80 µm (brush/roller 30–40 µm); topcoat 30–45 µm (brush/roller 25–35 µm).

Surface preparation
Steel: blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.

System compatibility / packing / storage

  • Packing: primer Part A 24 kg, Part B 3 kg; intermediate Part A 27 kg, Part B 3 kg; topcoat Part A 18 kg, Part B 3 kg.

  • Storage: dry, cool, ventilated; away from fire; avoid strong sunlight; no outdoor storage.

  • Shelf life: 12 months.
