Two-component silicone high-temperature anti-corrosion coating system supplied as primer and topcoat.
Composition
Alkyl silicate, special high-temperature silicone resin, functional pigments, heat-resistant pigments, anti-corrosion additives, curing agent; supplied as primer and topcoat.
Typical uses
For protection and decoration of metal surfaces requiring high-temperature resistance, including blast furnaces, hot blast stoves, chimneys, flues, exhaust ducts, steam pipelines, heating furnaces, and heat exchangers.

Theoretical consumption: primer 0.11 kg/m² at 30 µm DFT (loss not included).

Drying time (25°C): surface dry 1 h; hard dry 24 h; full cure 7 d.

Steel: blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.

Packing: primer Part A 25 kg, Part B 0.5 kg; topcoat Part A 20 kg, Part B 0.4 kg.
