Composition
Polyurethane resin, conductive pigments, additives, anti-static agent, solvent, curing agent; supplied as Part A & Part B.
Typical uses
Internal lining for crude oil storage tanks, petroleum product storage tanks, oil holds, and oil pipeline internal walls.

Appearance: grey, black.
Theoretical consumption: 0.22 kg/m² at 90 µm DFT (loss not included).
Drying time (25°C): surface dry 2 h; hard dry 12 h; full cure 7 d.
Density: 1.3 kg/L.

Mixing ratio (A:B): 20:3.
Induction time: 5 min.
Pot life: 4 h.
Application methods: airless spray, brush, roller.
Thinner: X-10 polyurethane dedicated thinner.
Recoat interval: min 12 h; max 7 d.
Recommended DFT per coat: 60–90 µm (brush/roller 30–40 µm).
System compatibility: PLS54-31 anti-static primer + topcoat.

Steel: blast clean to Sa 2.5; surface profile 30–75 µm.
