2K aliphatic polyurethane topcoat with outstanding UV stability, color retention and weathering resistance for long-term structural protection. Engineered for bridges, transmission towers, offshore and port facilities. Surface dry in 1 hour, 30–40µm DFT.
Overview
Two-component aliphatic polyurethane premium topcoat for long-term protection and high-grade finishing on steel structures.
Provides resistance to chemical media corrosion, seawater, boiling water, oil, benzene solvents, and salt spray; designed for weathering and color retention.
Composition
Based on premium polyurethane resin, premium weather-resistant pigments, weathering extenders, solvents, and imported additives.
Cured with biuret; supplied in Part A & Part B packs.
Typical uses
For long-term protection and high-grade finishing on steel structures in various environments.
Typical applications include vehicles, bridges, steel towers, TV towers, construction machinery, marine and port facilities.
