Two-component silicone high-temperature anti-corrosion coating system supplied as primer and topcoat, for 600–700°C service.
Composition
High-temperature silicone resin, silicone resin, heat-resistant pigments, functional pigments, anti-corrosion additives, auxiliaries, curing agent; supplied as primer and topcoat.

Drying time (25°C): surface dry 1 h; hard dry 24 h; full cure 7 d.

Thinner: W61 dedicated thinner, 4–9%.

Surface preparation
Steel: blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.
