Overview
Single-component road marking coating with fast drying and abrasion resistance for traffic line marking.​

Composition
Acrylic resin, chlorinated polyolefin resin, pigments, fillers, functional additives, solvent, additives.​

Typical uses
Road marking for highways and urban roads, parking lots, and factory roads for demarcation and high visibility.​

Technical data (typical)

• Appearance: various colors, mainly white and yellow.​

• No-track time: ≤20 min.​

• Theoretical consumption: 1.2 kg/m² at 500 µm DFT (loss not included).​

• Density: 1.4 kg/L.​

Application data (25°C)

• Mixing: single-component.​

• Induction time: none.​

• Pot life: unlimited.​

• Application methods: high-pressure airless spray, brush, roller.​

• Thinner: dedicated thinner, 2–6%.​

• Recoat interval: min 6 h; max unlimited.​

Surface preparation
Pavement surface: clean, dry, free of oil and debris.​
