Overview
Two-component special epoxy primer cured with polyamine, formulated with modified epoxy resin, premium anti-rust pigments, composite anti-rust agents, additives, and solvent.
It is described as having excellent adhesion, strong corrosion resistance, a tough and wear-resistant film, and good compatibility with subsequent coatings.
Composition
Modified epoxy resin, premium anti-rust pigments, composite anti-rust agents, additives, and solvent; polyamine curing agent; supplied as Part A and Part B.

Appearance / color: Iron oxide red, brownish, gray.
Theoretical consumption: 0.15 kg/m² at 50 µm DFT (losses not included).
Density / specific gravity: 1.4 kg/L.
Drying / curing (25°C): Touch dry 1 h; hard dry 24 h; full cure 7 days.

Mixing ratio (A:B): 25:2.5.
Induction time: 5 min.
Pot life: 2 h.
Application methods: Airless spray, brush, roller.
Thinner / Cleaner: X-7 epoxy thinner; typical dilution 2–8%.
Recoat interval / overcoating interval (25°C): Minimum 24 h; maximum 7 days.
Recommended DFT: 60–80 µm per coat (brush/roller: 40–50 µm per coat).
Surface preparation
Abrasive blasting or shot blasting to Sa 2.5, or power-tool cleaning to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.
System compatibility / packing / storage
Compatible topcoats: epoxy MIO intermediate coating, epoxy topcoat, polyurethane topcoat, etc.
Shelf life: 12 months.
Storage: Store in a dry, cool, ventilated warehouse away from fire sources and direct sunlight; outdoor storage is not permitted.
Packaging: Part A 25 kg; Part B 2.5 kg.

Sa 3 surface preparation (not lower than Sa 2.5); touch dry 10 min at 25°C, RH 70–85%.
Epoxy Sealer Primer (2K) – Two-component penetrating sealer primer for porous substrates.
For cement mortar, concrete, and fiber cement boards; also stated for wood.
Concrete moisture content < 6% before application (as stated).
Mix ratio 16:4; theoretical consumption 0.29 kg/m² at 50 µm DFT.
