Composition
Phenolic epoxy resin, pigments, solvent, additives; supplied as Part A & Part B.
Typical uses
Corrosion protection for facilities/equipment in seawater, groundwater, and fresh water service.
Also suitable for chemical equipment, pipelines, and tanks.

Appearance: primer grey/iron red/reddish brown; topcoat black/medium grey, etc.
Theoretical consumption: 0.16 kg/m² at 60 µm DFT (loss not included).
Density: 1.4 kg/L.
Drying time (25°C): surface dry 1 h; hard dry 24 h; full cure 7 d.
Heat resistance: 250°C @ 4 h.
Application data (25°C)
Mixing ratio (A:B): 24:3.
Induction time: 5 min.
Pot life: 40 min.
Application methods: airless spray, brush, roller.
Thinner: X-7 epoxy thinner, 3–8%.
Recoat interval: min 24 h; max 7 d.
Recommended DFT per coat: 60–90 µm (brush 40–55 µm).
Surface preparation
Steel: blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.
System compatibility / packing / storage
System compatibility: PLFH-4 epoxy phenolic primer + epoxy phenolic topcoat.
Packing: Part A 24 kg; Part B 3 kg.
Storage: dry, cool, ventilated; away from fire; avoid strong sunlight; no outdoor storage.
