2K epoxy anti-corrosive primer with excellent mechanical properties and chemical stability for ship bottom and above-waterline priming. Compatible with MIO, chlorinated rubber and polyurethane topcoat systems. Sa2.5 prep, 80µm DFT per coat.
Overview
Two-component epoxy anti-rust coating for steel hulls and marine structures where mechanical strength and chemical stability are required.
Film emphasizes wetting properties, corrosion resistance, and mechanical durability for ship hull priming above and below waterline.
Composition
Part A: epoxy resin with special anti-rust pigments, fillers, solvent, and additives.
Part B: amine adduct curing agent.
Typical uses
Anti-rust primer for ship hulls above waterline and as bottom anti-rust coating.
