Overview
Single-component chlorosulfonated polyethylene topcoat with resistance to chemical media corrosion.
Provides water resistance, oil resistance, weather resistance, and salt spray resistance; suitable for low-temperature application.
Composition
Formulated with chlorosulfonated polyethylene resin, synthetic resin, pigments, additives, auxiliaries, and mixed solvents.
Typical uses
Anti-corrosion finishing for steel structures and concrete surfaces under chemical-atmosphere and corrosive environment conditions.

Theoretical consumption: 0.16 kg/m² at 40 μm DFT (excluding loss).
Density: 1.2 kg/L.
Drying time (25°C): Surface dry 1 h; hard dry 24 h.

Pot life: Unlimited.
Application methods: Airless spray, brush, roller.
Thinner: X-1 chlorosulfonated polyethylene thinner; dilution 3–7%.
Recoat interval (25°C): Min 24 h; max unlimited.
Recommended coats / DFT: 1 coat 40–60 μm; brush/roller 1 coat 30–405 μm.
Surface preparation
Remove dust and oil contamination from the previous coat; if beyond maximum recoat interval, consider roughening as needed.
When used as the first coat: blast/shot blast to Sa 2.5 or power-tool cleaning to St 3; surface profile 30–75 μm.
System compatibility / packing / storage
Compatibility: Previous coat—epoxy primer; epoxy intermediate coating; chlorosulfonated polyethylene primer.
Packing: 22 kg.
Storage: Shelf life 12 months; store dry/cool/ventilated, away from fire and direct sunlight; no outdoor stacking.
