Acrylic resin with anti-rust pigments, fillers, and additives.

Technical data (typical)
Appearance: iron red, light yellow.
Theoretical consumption: 0.15 kg/m² at 25 µm DFT (loss not included).
Drying time (23℃): surface dry 0.5 h; hard dry 6 h.
Salt water resistance: 72 h, no blistering or peeling; slight color change allowed.
Alkali resistance: 72 h, no blistering or peeling; slight color change allowed.
Application data (25°C)
Mixing ratio: single-pack.
Application methods: spray, brush.
Thinner: acrylic thinner.
Recoat interval: min 2 h; max unlimited.
Recommended subsequent coats: acrylic enamel coating; chlorinated ether topcoat.
Application conditions: RH ≤85%; 5–35℃; avoid rain/snow/fog, strong wind (>6.7 m/s), heavy fog, intense sunlight.
Surface preparation
Steel: blast-clean to Sa 2.5 or power-tool clean to St 3; surface profile 30–75 µm.
