Overview
Waterborne alkyd general-purpose coating for interior and exterior metal and wood where basic corrosion protection and decorative hardness are required.
Film emphasizes hardness and adhesion with balanced mechanical properties and system compatibility for primer/topcoat use.

Composition
Waterborne alkyd resin as main binder with pigments, fillers, and special additives; single-component waterborne system using water as thinner.

General protective and decorative coating for indoor and outdoor metal and wood components, providing basic corrosion protection and appearance.

Technical data (typical)

• Appearance: various colors.

• Density: 1.25 kg/L.

• Theoretical consumption: 0.15 kg/m² at 50 µm DFT (loss not included).

• Drying time (25℃): surface dry 2 h; hard dry 24 h; full cure 7 d.

• Forced drying (optional): flash-off 15 min, 90℃ for 15 min.

Application data (25°C)

• Application methods: spray, brush, roller.

• Thinner: pure water, ≤10%.

• Recoat interval: ≥24 h.

Surface preparation
Steel: blast or power-tool clean to Sa 2.5 or St 3 with 30–75 µm profile before coating.

System compatibility / packing / storage

• System compatibility: can be used in compatible waterborne alkyd systems on metal and wood substrates.

• Storage: dry, cool, ventilated warehouse; 5–35℃; avoid strong sunlight, severe cold, and rain; keep containers sealed.

• Shelf life: 6 months.
