Waterborne dip-coating system for frames, chassis and small metal parts.
Transport frames, farm machinery and hardware pieces.
0.05–0.11 kg/m² at 25 µm DFT.
Dip-application; water-thinned to line viscosity.
Overview
Waterborne dip-coating system for steel frames, chassis, and small metal components where uniform film build and adhesion are important.
Designed for immersion application with low VOC, strong adhesion, and consistent film formation on complex geometries.
Composition
Waterborne resin with pigments/fillers, special additives, and deionized water; formulated for dip-coating; water as thinner.
Typical uses
Protective coating for vehicle frames and chassis, agricultural machinery, petrochemical equipment, instruments, and hardware components applied by dipping.
Technical data (typical)
Appearance: various colors.
Density: 1.2–1.5 kg/L.
Theoretical consumption: 0.05–0.11 kg/m² at 25 µm DFT (loss not included).
Drying time: agreed according to customer production line and coating system.
Application data (25°C)
Application method: dip coating.
Thinner: clean water, added according to viscosity requirements.
Surface preparation
Workpiece surface must be clean and free from dust, oil, and other contaminants; surface conditioning or pretreatment to be carried out as required by the dip line.
System compatibility / packing / storage
System compatibility: used as part of a dip system in combination with suitable pretreatment and, if required, primer or topcoat layers.
Construction conditions: ambient 5–35℃; not suitable when RH ≥85%.
Storage: cool, ventilated storage at 5–35℃; avoid sunlight, severe cold, and rain.
