Overview
Waterborne fluorocarbon coating for exterior concrete and building materials where long-term weatherability and color/gloss retention are critical.
Suitable for building walls and roofs requiring durable decorative protection with easy-to-clean, low-VOC film.

Composition
Fluorocarbon emulsion as main binder with pigments, fillers, and additives; single-component waterborne system using water as thinner.

Typical uses
Super-durable decorative and protective coating for various building exterior walls, roofs, and construction materials, significantly extending building service life.

Technical data (typical)

  • Appearance: various colors.

  • Theoretical consumption: 0.15 kg/m² at 50 µm DFT (loss not included).

  • Drying time (25℃): surface dry 1.5 h; hard dry 24 h; full cure 7 d.

Application data (25°C)

  • Application methods: spray, brush, roller.

  • Thinner: clean water, 5–10%.

  • Recoat interval: ≥2 h.

  • Recommended system: 1 primer coat / 2 topcoats.

Surface preparation
Substrate surface must be clean, dry, flat, and sound; concrete moisture content ≤8% and pH ≤10.

System compatibility / packing / storage

  • System compatibility: applied over appropriate primers and putty systems for exterior concrete and building panels.

  • Storage: dry, cool, ventilated warehouse; 5–35℃; avoid strong sunlight; strictly no outdoor stacking.

  • Shelf life: 12 months.
